Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (konzentrik GmbH, Joachim-Mähl-Straße 7, 22459 Hamburg, Phone: +49 40 57003237, Email: info@konzentrik.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period expires.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the one offered by us, the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged fees for this reimbursement.
If you have requested that the service begin during the revocation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of revocation with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
